§ 91.05 GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS.
   (A)   Location restrictions. No service station as defined in § 111.30 shall be constructed, erected or maintained within 700 feet of any other gasoline service station which 700 feet shall be measured from the property boundary lines of each and all parcels affected. No new gasoline service station shall hereafter be constructed within 200 feet of any school, hospital, church, theater, institution or any such other public meeting or gathering place or place of assembly, which 200 feet shall be measured from the property boundary lines of each and all parcels affected.
   (B)   Bulk sales prohibited. No gasoline service station shall dispense any fuel except into the fuel tank of any motor vehicle and only when such fuel tank is connected with the carburization system of such motor vehicle, provided that individual sales of up to 5 gallons, in properly safe containers, are permitted.
   (C)   Nonretail service stations. No person, whose primary business is other than the sale of gasoline to the fuel tanks of motor vehicles, shall maintain or operate any container or containers, tank or tanks, pump or pumps, including but not limited to a person engaged in the business of filling the fuel tanks of motor vehicles for another person, lessee, owner or agent of such person, without complying with the provisions of this section.
