§ 91.04 APPEALS.

Any person shall have the right to appeal decisions regarding the issuance of permits or code interpretations made by Fire Prevention Officers. All such appeals shall be filed within 30 days of a written decision by the Fire Prevention Officer and shall be directed to the Chief of the Fire Department. The Chief of the Fire Department shall either affirm, modify or reverse the decision of the Fire Prevention Officer. Decisions made by the Chief of the Fire Department shall be final.
