It shall be an unlawful real estate practice for any real estate agent or other person to refuse to receive or to fail to transmit a bona fide offer for the purchase, sale, exchange or lease of any real property because of the actual or perceived status, practice or expression of that person’s race, color, religion, age, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military discharge status, source of income, housing status or parental status; or the actual or perceived association with such a person making the offer.
