It shall be an unlawful real estate practice for any real estate broker, salesperson, agent, owner or other person to make, print, publish or circulate a statement, advertisement or notice, cause to be made, printed, published or circulated any statement, advertisement or notice or to post or erect on any real property any statement, advertisement or notice indicating any preference, limitation or discrimination or any intent to sell or lease any real property in a manner that is unlawful pursuant to any of the requirements of this chapter.
