§ 90.27 WITHHOLDING REAL ESTATE.
   It shall be an unlawful real estate practice for any real estate broker, salesperson, agent, owner or other person to represent to any person that any real property is not available for inspection, purchase, sale, lease or occupancy when in fact it is so available or otherwise to withhold real property from any person because of the actual or perceived status, practice or expression of that person’s race, color, religion, age, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military discharge status, source of income, housing status or parental status; or the actual or perceived association with such a person.
