§ 90.26 REFUSAL TO NEGOTIATE.
   It shall be an unlawful real estate practice for any real estate broker, salesperson, agent, owner or other person to refuse to negotiate for, enter into, perform or otherwise make unavailable or deny any sale or rental of any real property because of the actual or perceived status, practice or expression of that person’s race, color, religion, age, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military discharge status, source of income, housing status or parental status; or the actual or perceived association with such a person.
