It shall be an unlawful real estate practice for any real estate broker, salesperson, agent, owner or other person to discriminate against any person in the price, terms, conditions or privileges of any real estate transaction, including the decision to engage or renew any real estate transaction, or in the provision of services or facilities in connection with any real estate transaction.
