§ 30.08 EMPLOYEES UNIFORM REIMBURSEMENT.
   (A)   The employment of all employees of the Village shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.
   (B)   Such terms and conditions shall be a part of the employment contract which each employee has with the Village:
      (1)   If an employee of the Village within 1 year after his employment by the Village in any position where the Village bears the cost of educating or training the employee or clothing the employee, either: (a) voluntarily terminates his employment in that position, or (b) is dismissed from employment with the Village because he or she failed to comply with the residency requirements which the Village imposes on its employees, then that employee shall be required to reimburse the Village for any and all costs the Village incurred in educating or training the employee and any and all costs incurred by the Village in providing the employee with uniforms and other items of clothing;
      (2)   The Village shall have the right to withhold from an employee’s wages or salary the amount which the employee is required to reimburse the Village under the provisions of subsection (1) above.
