(A) North and south through truck traffic on Fifth Avenue between Roosevelt Road and Bataan Drive is prohibited.
(B) Truck traffic and the operation of trucks in the 1400, 1500, 1600 add 1700 blocks on South 4th Avenue is prohibited.
(C) The operation of trucks or other commercial vehicle other than commercial passenger vehicles is prohibited on Washington Boulevard.
(D) No person shall operate a motor vehicle with a gross weight in excess of 8,000 pounds on South 5th Avenue between Bataan Drive and Roosevelt Road.
(E) The operation of trucks or other large commercial vehicles, except for domestic or residential-related deliveries and other residential service-related purposes (such as, garbage collection), is prohibited on 16th, 17th, and 18th Avenues between the south right-of-way line of Railroad Avenue and the north right-of-way line of St. Charles Street.
(F) The operation of trucks or other large commercial vehicles, except for domestic or residential-related deliveries and other residential service-related purposes (for example, garbage collection), is prohibited on Orchard Avenue from Legion Street to Madison Street and on Legion Street from Greenwood Avenue to 1st Avenue.
(G) There shall be no commercial trucks permitted on 9th Avenue from Roosevelt Road to Lake Street at any time.
(H) There shall be no commercial trucks permitted on Greenwood Avenue between Madison Street and Legion Street at any time.
