The driver of any vehicle shall not turn such vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon:
(A) Any street in a business district;
(B) Any street declared as a through street;
(C) 6th Avenue between Green Street and St. Charles Road;
(D) 4th Avenue between Green Street and Oak Street; or
(E) Any other street when such turn cannot be made in safety and without interfering with other traffic. (1997 Code, § 41.09) (Ord. 62-1, passed 1-25-1962)
