(A) Right turns. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person driving a vehicle shall make a right turn from 25th Avenue on to Lexington Street.

(B) Right turns on red signal. Right turns against steady red signals be and the same are hereby prohibited for all vehicular traffic at the following intersections:

(C) No left turns. The Illinois Department of Transportation is hereby authorized to erect and maintain no-left turn signs for northbound traffic on First Avenue at Main Street.
