(A) The Police Department, upon the issuance of a license which shall contain the name “Maywood” and a number, shall cause the same to be mounted and firmly attached to the left front axle of the bicycle for which the license is issued.
(B) The license shall be permanently assigned to the bicycle, and no person shall remove the license from the bicycle, except upon transfer of ownership or in the event the bicycle is wrecked, junked or dismantled and is no longer used upon the streets of the Village.
