It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street, yard or unpaved area for the purpose of displaying it for sale or for repair except in emergency, or to park any vehicle upon any business street from which vehicle merchandise is peddled, or to park any vehicle upon any street without state license plates upon it, issued for such vehicle, to the owner of the vehicle, in accordance with the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
