Parking or abandoning a “trailer,” as defined by 625 ILCS 5/1-209, that is not attached to or drawn by a "motor vehicle," as defined by 625 ILCS 5/1-146, or not attached to or drawn by a "truck," as defined by 625 ILCS 5/1-211 is prohibited in the Village, except as permitted under § 111.41 of this Code.
