The Village Manager may determine the location of loading zones and shall erect or maintain or cause to be erected or maintained appropriate signs indicating the same. It shall be unlawful to stop, stand or park a vehicle for a period of time longer than necessary for the unloading and delivery or pick-up of materials in any place marked as a loading zone.
