§ 71.06 DRIVING WITHIN SIDEWALK AND PARKWAY AREAS.
   The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk area or within any parkway area between a sidewalk area and the curb of a roadway except at a permanent or temporary driveway.
