(A) The Village Manager may designate certain streets or alleys or portions thereof along which vehicles shall travel only in 1 prescribed direction, and to designate certain intersections at which vehicles shall not make left-hand or right-hand or U turns, as the case may be; and cause the placement of proper signs along such streets and alleys and at such intersections indicating the direction of travel and the kinds of turns which are prohibited.
