The Village Manager may establish, designate, or set off with appropriate markings, signs or other devices, crosswalks, traffic lanes, parking lanes and spaces, bus stops, taxicab stands, passenger zones and loading zones, and other places established, designated, or set off for the enforcement of this chapter, and determine the character and kind of such markings, signs or other devices. A single space may be designated to be both a passenger zone and loading zone.
