The Village Manager may designate certain streets or portions thereof as through streets and shall cause to be erected and maintained an appropriate stop sign on each street intersecting such streets, designate street intersections in addition to the intersections of through streets as dangerous or hazardous intersections, and shall cause a stop sign or yield sign to be erected and maintained at each such dangerous or hazardous intersections, and designate such streets or portions thereof as truck routes and shall cause to be erected and maintained appropriate informational signs throughout the Village at such intersections as are deemed to be necessary for the instruction of truckers.
