§ 129A.10 LOCATION RESTRICTION.

A cannabis business establishment shall not be located within 1,500 feet of the property line of any pre-existing cannabis business establishment located within or outside the village. Cannabis business establishments shall abide by all other location restrictions contained in this chapter, the village's zoning ordinance or the act.
