§ 70.01 STATE TRAFFIC LAWS ADOPTED.

(A) The Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/1-100 et seq., is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference and shall be applicable in the Village.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of the Illinois Vehicle Code within the Village shall be subject to the penalty provided for violation of this Code.
