§ 51.98 VIOLATIONS.

Any sewer builder or plumber who shall be guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be reported by the Director of Public Works to the Department of Public Health of the State of Illinois, and in addition thereto for any act performed in violation of this chapter he may be punished as prescribed for a violation of this Code.
