(A) Small wireless facilities shall be classified as permitted uses and shall not be subject to zoning review, if collocated in rights-of-way in any zoning district, or outside rights-of-way in the following zoning districts:
(1) BIP Business Industrial Park Zoning District; and
(2) M-1 General Manufacturing Zoning District.
(B) In all other zoning districts, the Village's normal zoning approvals, processes and restrictions shall apply, if zoning approval, processes or restrictions are required by the Village's zoning ordinance.
