§ 73.10 OPERATION OF BICYCLES AND SKATEBOARDS ON SIDEWALKS.

No person over 12 years of age shall ride a bicycle or skateboard on any sidewalk in the Village’s downtown area between the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Quincy Street, and the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Lake Street. The Village Manager is authorized and directed to have appropriate signs posted reflecting the restrictions contained in this section.
