§ 51.66 INJURING OR OBSTRUCTING SEWERS.
   (A)   No person shall, by himself or another, directly or indirectly, wilfully or maliciously, damage, injure or obstruct any sewer, house drain, cesspool, water closet pipe, catch basin, manhole, protection pier or any appurtenance thereto laid or constructed in the Village. Such person shall further be liable to pay all expenses incurred on account of repairs or damages resulting from such wilful or malicious act.
   (B)   No butcher’s offal or garbage, dead animals, or obstructions shall be placed, thrown or deposited in any receiving basin or sewer. No person shall cause any such material or any obstructing substance to be placed so as to be carried into such basin or sewer.
