§ 51.60 WATER FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.
   (A)   Persons desiring to use Village water for construction purposes shall in all cases apply to the Director of Finance for a permit on a form provided by the Department of Public Works for that purpose and shall be required to pay for all water consumed at the following rate:
      (1)   For a single-family dwelling:    $30;
      (2)   For a two-family dwelling:       $45;
      (3)   For residential buildings in excess of 2 families, $45 plus $10 additional for each apartment in excess of 2 apartments;
      (4)   For commercial or industrial buildings, $45 for each 25 feet of frontage for one story buildings, plus $15 for each 25 feet of frontage for each story above the first story of such building.
   (B)   The flat rate charge for water supplied for construction under any building permit shall terminate when occupancy of the premises begins. Any water used after the beginning of occupancy shall be charged at the rates provided in § 51.02.
