§ 51.56 UNAUTHORIZED USE OF WATER FROM FIRE HYDRANT.
   No person other than members of the Fire Department or employees of any Department of the Village shall use water from any fire hydrant connected with the Village water system, except for extinguishing fires or unless specially authorized by the Director of Public Works or the Village Manager.
