§ 51.55 DEFACING OR BREAKING OF SEAL ON WATER METERS.
   No seal placed by the Department of Public Works for the protection of any meter, valve, fitting or other water connection shall be defaced or broken except on written authority from the Director of Public Works. If any reseals are caused by the consumer, said consumer shall be subject to a service charge of $20 per seal.
