§ 125.09 COMPLIANCE MONITORING.

The Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, Village Treasurer, Building Director or other Code enforcement officers, the Chief of Police, or any of their respective designees, each has the authority to monitor compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
