§ 125.01 AUTHORIZATION.
   Video gaming terminals, as defined herein, may be located, possessed, maintained, and otherwise operated on premises within the Village by establishments licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board and by the Village, pursuant to the terms, conditions and requirements of this section and of the Video Gaming Act, 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq. Establishments eligible to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board under the Video Gaming Act, as amended, include licensed retail establishments where alcoholic liquor is drawn, poured, mixed or otherwise served for consumption on the premises, certain fraternal organizations, certain veterans establishments, and certain truck stop establishments. This authorization does not apply to electronic sweepstakes machines, as defined and prohibited by § 125.11 below.
