(A) All water consumers supplied by the Village shall be supplied through meters only, except as provided in § 51.60, and shall pay for the water at the rates and in the manner specified in this chapter, and no deductions shall be allowed for leaks in the plumbing or fixtures.
(B) All meters must be purchased through the Department of Public Works, and the kind and pattern of such water meters shall be as determined by the Board of Trustees. No other kind shall be installed or used.
(C) Meter purchase prices are as follows:
(1) 5/8 inch meter: $90;
(2) 3/4 inch meter: $120;
(3) 1 inch meter: $155;
(4) 1-1/2 inch meter: $345;
(5) 2 inch meter: $530.
