§ 51.07 CHARGES FOR WATER TAPS.
   (A)   Wherever any permit for a connection to the combined waterworks and sewerage system is issued, the Director of Public Works or some person authorized by him shall tap the main of the system or plant where such connection is to be made and shall insert the corporation cock. All applicants shall be charged the cost thereof as herein fixed and pay the same at the time the application herein provided for is made.
      (1)   For a single 3/4 inch pipe connection, $45;
      (2)   For a double 3/4 inch pipe connection, $45;
      (3)   For a single 1 inch pipe connection, $60;
      (4)   For a double 1 inch pipe connection, $60.
   (B)   In addition thereto, the applicant shall make the required street opening and make preparations for tapping and shall pay a fee of $100 for each 15 square feet of street opening, or portion thereof, to cover the cost of repair to street surfacing to be done by the Village.
   (C)   For large size taps, special prices may be established by the Director of Public Works. An extra charge shall be made for the corporation cock and gooseneck.
