The licensee, each on site manager and all waitstaff shall take and successfully complete a beverage alcohol sellers and servers education and training (BASSET) program that has been certified by the State of Illinois and shall obtain from the Village a current copy of the liquor license ordinance. A copy of the BASSET course completion certificate(s) for each such person shall be made available at all times at the licensed premises for inspection by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, or their designee.
