§ 31.100 APPROVAL OF MINUTES BY BOARDS, COMMITTEES, SUBCOMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS.
   The members of each board, committee, subcommittee and commission of the Village shall approve minutes of its open meetings within 30 days after that meeting, or at the second subsequent regular meeting thereafter, whichever is later.
