§ 30.38 APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
   The President and Board of Trustees, including when they meet as the Legal, License and Ordinance Committee, shall approve minutes of their open meetings within 30 days after that meeting, or at the second subsequent regular meeting thereafter, whichever is later.
