§ 120.20 REMOVAL OF ABANDONED OR DANGEROUS ANTENNAS AND TOWERS.
Any antenna or tower that is not operated for a continuous period of 12 months shall be considered abandoned. The owner of such antenna or tower or of a tower that constitutes a danger to persons or property shall remove the same within 90 days of notice from the Village. Failure to remove an abandoned or dangerous antenna or tower within 90 days shall be grounds to remove the tower or antenna at the owner's expense. If there are 2 or more users of a single tower, then this provision shall not become effective until all users cease using the tower. In the event the owner fails to remove the abandoned or dangerous tower as required herein, the Village is entitled to draw on performance bond required in § 120.13(O) in order to do so.
