   (B)   Applications for special use permits under this section shall be subject to the procedures and requirements of Sections 3.2 (Application) and 4.4 (Special Use) of the Zoning Ordinance, except as modified in this section.
   (C)   In recommending a special use permit to the Board of Trustees, the Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals may impose reasonable conditions it concludes are necessary to minimize any adverse effect of the proposed tower upon adjoining properties.
   (D)   Any information of an engineering nature that the applicant submits, whether civil, mechanical, or electrical, shall be certified by a licensed professional engineer.
   (E)   An applicant for a special use permit shall submit the information described in § 120.13 and a nonrefundable application fee and deposit as established by § 120.13(A) to reimburse the Village for the costs of reviewing the application.
