(A) A fee of $24.42 per month per unit, payable in advance, shall be paid for each dwelling unit for Village garbage removal service.
(B) All charges for such garbage removal services shall be billed to and paid by the person in whose name the Village water account then appears.
(C) Charges listed above shall be billed in advance as a separate item on the monthly water bill, payable on or before the due date. Collection of the charges for water furnished to such person and waste to be collected shall not be made separately from each other. Each bill shall be collected in full for both items at one time.
(D) The number of dwelling units to be billed shall be determined by the number of units registered with the Water Department and verified by the Building and Code Enforcement Department. Upon presentation of satisfactory evidence that garbage removal service paid for in advance will not be required or has not been required, the Director of Finance and/or Water Administrator may adjust on a monthly pro-rata basis an amount equal to such garbage removal service paid for, but no adjustments will be allowed for discontinuance of garbage removal service for less than 30 days.
