It shall be unlawful to deny any person access to or membership or participation in any multiple listing service, real estate broker’s organization or other service, organization or facility relating to the business of selling or renting dwellings, or to discriminate against a person in the terms and conditions of such access, membership or participation on account of the actual or perceived status, practice or expression of a person’s race, color, religion, age, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military discharge status, source of income, housing status or parental status, or the actual or perceived association with such a person.
