§ 158.16 HEARING ON CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATIONS.
   (A)   The Commission shall hold a public hearing for consideration of an application for a COA within 45 days of submission of the application.
   (B)   Notice of the date, time, place and purpose of the public hearing for consideration of the application shall be published not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days before any such hearing, in a newspaper of general circulation within the Village. Other persons, including, but not limited to, owners of property abutting the property that is the subject of the COA request may be notified at the discretion of the Commission.
   (C)   Decisions of the Historic Preservation Commission on COA applications shall be by a majority vote of members present and voting at any meeting where a quorum exists.
   (D)   If the Historic Preservation Commission finds that the hearing on the application should be continued, then the Commission may table or continue the request until a date certain.
