§ 38.02 DISHONORED CHECK FEES.

Any person or entity who presents a check, money order, or similar payment instrument to the Village that is dishonored may be charged a $25 dishonored check fee. This provision does not preclude the Village from seeking any other applicable federal, state or local law collection remedies.
