§ 38.01 INTERESTED PARTIES REGISTRIES.
   (A)   The recitals contained in the preambles to Ord. C0-00-06 set forth in this section are incorporated in and made a part of this section.
   (B)   The Village President or his designee is authorized and directed to create an "interested parties" registry in accordance with§ 11-74.4-4.2 of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4.2) for each redevelopment project area created under the Act and not terminated by the Village, whether now existing or created after the date of the adoption of this section.
   (C)   In accordance with § 11-74.4-4.2 of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4.2), the President and Board of Trustees of the Village adopt the registration rules attached to the ordinance set forth in this section as Exhibit A as registration rules for each such "interested parties" registry. The Village President, with the consent of the Village Attorney as to form and legality, shall have the authority to amend such registration rules from time to time as may be necessary or desirable to comply with and carry out the purposes intended by the Act.
   (D)   The Village Clerk is authorized and directed to cause notice of the interested parties registry created by this section and registration rules adopted pursuant to this section for each redevelopment project area created under the Act, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, attached to the ordinance set forth in this section to be published in the Maywood Herald, as soon as practicable.
