§ 159.02 INCORPORATION.
   The provisions of Title IX (General Regulations), Chapter 101: Standards for Construction of Utility Facilities on Public Rights-of-Way and any amendments thereto are incorporated by reference into this Title XV (Land Usage) and are in full force and effect as if set forth in full herein.
