§ 36.01 FISCAL AND MUNICIPAL YEAR.
   (A)   The fiscal year of the Village shall commence on the first day of May and end on the thirtieth day of April.
   (B)   The municipal year of the Village for license purposes shall commence on the first day of January of each year.
