For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OWNER/OPERATOR. Either the owner of the payphone or the operator of the payphone.
PAY TELEPHONE. Any publicly accessible self-service or coin or credit card operated telephone;
PUBLIC WAY. Includes any public street or alley from property line to property line, any park land within the Village, and any and all sidewalks, plazas owned by the Village, parkways dedicated to public use, and other public outdoor areas subject to Village control.
