§ 111.41 TEMPORARY USE OF TRAILER FOR OFFICE.
   (A)   Where any trailer is being used temporarily as an office, during the construction of any building within the Village or during the relocation of any existing business operating in the Village to another location within the Village, an application must be filed with the Community Development Department, designating the length of time such structure is to be used for construction purposes or as a business office during the relocation.
   (B)   Upon an application being filed for temporary use of a trailer as an office during construction of a building within the Village, the Community Development Department may issue a temporary license, permitting the parking of such trailer on the construction site at a location approved by the Director of the Community Development Department for the period of construction. Thirty days after completion of construction, as determined by the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, such trailer must be removed.
   (C)   Upon an application being filed for temporary use of a trailer as an office during the relocation of any existing business operating in the Village to another location within the Village, the Community Development Department may issue a temporary license, permitting the parking of such trailer on private property that is zoned for commercial or industrial uses at a location approved by the Director of Community Development for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of issuance, which period may be extended, for good cause shown, once in any 12 month period for up to an additional 3 months. Such trailer must be removed within 5 days of issuance of an occupancy permit at the new business location.
   (D)   Whenever a temporary license is issued for the use of a trailer as an office, the license fee shall be $50 per month, which shall be paid to the Village, and a temporary license shall be issued by the Community Development Department. All applicants for a temporary license under this section shall be required to sign a temporary license agreement prepared by the Village.
