373.09 IMPOUNDING.

(a) Whenever any person operates a bicycle, tricycle or unicycle in violation of any section of this chapter, the bicycle, tricycle or unicycle may be impounded by any member of the Police Department for not more than five days.

(b) Whenever any bicycle, tricycle or unicycle is found to be in violation of any section of this chapter, the bicycle, tricycle, or unicycle may be impounded by any member of the Police Department for not more than five days.
