373.02 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   As used in this chapter: "Bicycle" means a two-wheeled vehicle having a rear drive wheel which is solely human powered. "Tricycle" means a three-wheeled adult vehicle propelled by human power having a single front wheel and two parallel rear wheels. "Unicycle" means a one-wheeled vehicle which is solely human powered.
   (b)   As used in this chapter: "Shared-use trail" means a bikeway outside the traveled way and physically separate from motorized vehicular traffic by an open space or barrier and either within the highway right-of-way or within an independent alignment. A shared-use trail also may be used by pedestrians, including skaters, joggers, users of manual and motorized wheelchairs, and other authorized motorized and non-motorized users.
