373.01 APPLICABILITY OF PROVISIONS.

The regulations applicable to bicycles set forth in this chapter shall apply whenever a bicycle, adult tricycle or unicycle is operated upon a sidewalk, street, highway, boulevard, public place, shared-use trail or upon a bicycle trail set aside for the use of bicycles, tricycles or unicycles.
