147.05 MEETINGS.

The Commission on Aging shall select meeting dates which are agreeable to a majority of the members of the Commission. The Commission shall meet no less than six times per year with additional meetings as required. A quorum of three voting members shall be present to conduct the business of any meeting. A majority of the voting members appointed to the Commission shall be necessary in order to carry the vote on any issue before the Commission.
